While we 1000% strive to make every customer happy there are some things out of our control. For instance the shipper, the weather, accidents, your personal incubator and hatching technique. We do always ship with insurance (Your are responsible to make the claim). For these reasons are policies are as follows.

Our ZERO Return and Limited Refund policy:

We offer no returns.
We offer refunds only under the condition of our failure to deliver what we state.
We offer no replacements for poor hatch rates...You can, however, contact us with extenuating circumstances and we do offer discounts on a case by case basis with photos only.
We do regularly test hatch and check for fertility spots in our hatching eggs.
If we fail to deliver in a specific time as stated we will fully refund or ask if you whis to stay in the order lineup.
